Does brushing your hair make it grow faster?

Yea, you're exactly right. It improves circulation in your head but at the same time it damages your hair by causing breakage and split ends if you brush it too much. The rate of hair growth is different for everybody and slows as you get older. But, my hair grows about 3 inches a year on average. If I'm eating right and taking vitamins it grows a little faster and is healthier.

Does brushing your hair make it grow faster?

nope!

Does brushing your hair make it grow faster?

Not really. If you want to improve blood circulation on your scalp by brushing your hair, you will end up bruising the scalp. To make your hair grow, there is nothing special really that one can do. Just eat right (lots of proteins, veggies, multivitamin supplement), exercise, keep your hair clean. And stay away from hot hair appliances as much as you can, so that you don't have to trim your hair every 6 weeks. Hope this helps and have a merry christmas.

Does brushing your hair make it grow faster?

nothing can make your hair grow faster besides living a healthy life

if you brush your hair excessively, the brushing only costs excessive oil and might cost hair damage

you dont want long hair, but shiny-less

so keep your hair shiny and healthy

i had long hair but it wasnt shiny at all so i cut some parts of it out and re-grew my hair

it's better looking this way
