Use conditioner, it will make your hair less brittle and easier to brush.

I have some conditioner for long, hard to grow, or split ends hair from Garnier, they have all kinds of shampoos and conditioners for hair problems. I would look into that next time you go shopping. They probably have a product for your hair.

You are supposed to lose up to 50 strands a day so you're fine. A lot of different people believe different things but the only way to get rid of fragile hair is to consume calcium as hair has the same basic make up as bone and trim every few months to avoid breakage. Good luck.

If you don't have long strands of hair coming out of your hair (which is normal) and it's just short ones, its all the dead ends that are breaking off from split ends and stuff. So what you need to do is: Trim off all the dead ends, and then use some good products on your hair to strengthen it. Sleek is a good shampoo and conditioner product and they do carry other hair products. Aussie conditioners are my favorite though! The 3-minute miracle is fabulous. SO try this and if that doesn't work let me know!
