Apply protein treatments on your scalp twice a week to prevent hair loss. Meanhile, eat plenty of fish. Minimize hair washing to no more than twice a week for now until the hair loss has lessen. Read the label on your shampoo. Ensure its alchohol and perfume free. These can cause hair to dry thus hair lost occurs.

Teenager hair loss?

It could be a lot of things. Not eating a healthy diet, extreme or sudden weight loss, or maybe your thyroid or other hormone deficiencies, or alopecia. I'd tell your parents and schedule a doctor's appointment. Sometimes its as simple as a blood test to know what's causing it and you'll be on your way to fixing the problem. Good luck!
