Having problem with Hair shedding.?

I have hair that just about goes to my shoulders and i have a serious problem with my hair shedding. When i take a shower the drain almost gets clogged up with tons of hair, And people in my house are always complaining about my hair being everywhere. I brush my hair a couple times a day, and shower daily, I just cant figure out what the problem is with my hair. Anyone got a solution?

buy you some special vitamines that are made just for (hair falling)

use pantene pro-v restoratives-breakage defense... i had the same problem hunks of my hair would come out in my hands after conditioning.... i used this for one month and it reduced it ALOT.. i have barely any hair fall out now!... a little tip use the shampoo and condtioner breakage defense and when u put the conditioner in leave it in for 10 minutes then rinse with cool not cold water! hope this helps!

same thing happens to me. take multi vitamins for ur hair. dont comb or rush ur hair when it is wet. also i think its because u ahve tangles in ur hair so b4 u shampoo comb ur hair first
