Get some heavy-duty deep conditioner and leave it in for a few hours. Once you wash it out, use some leave-in conditioner. Try and find some that does not contain alcohol, because it dries your hair out even more. For awhile, try to wash your hair every other day, instead of everyday, to retain some natural oils.

Christian D offers sound advice. In addition, you will need color correction. You will need to go to a deeper color to even out the variant shades, most likely with a deposit-only color to protect your hair.

Sleep with a deep conditioner in your hair every day and don't use shampoo at all for like a week or so .. the natural oils with start to help your hair!

Yeah. Just get some deep deep conditionner and try not to wash your hair as much.. you condition it everyday.
