Hair ideas? Help PLease.. (pics inside) :)?

I wanted to dye my hair like a dark blonde or light brown. Maybe highlights? i;m not sure. i also wanted to cut my hair. I would really like to find some nice photos too online so that i can show the hairdresser.

(i took this pic right now, so it looks horrible lol plus my hair isn't brushed or anything, it was in a pony tail, my hair is straight no waves, its kinda damp here)

but put some blonde highlights in it!
