if you do a lot of chemical processes to your hair (color, perm, relaxer etc) that will eeaken the hair strand and make it brittle. Even those so-called strengthening color formulas (what a load of manure they are). Let your hair bee for a while and if you have not done any chemical processes to your hair, then you need to look at what your every day life includes. Some things that can damage hair include: Swinning (chlorine inthe pool water), sitting in a hot tub (same thing), highg pollution levels, working around chemicals, working in a very dry atmosphere, certain medications etc. If you try to weed out the things you can that weaken hair, and still have a problem, talk to your doctor about it as well.

After you wash your hair. put a deep conditioner in it and put a plastic cap on it. Then sit under a dryer for at least 30 min. Also do this with oil. Then wash it out. It 'makes my hair really soft, and cause less brakeage. What brush do you use?
