Ok i get really knotty hair, and i wash it,but it doesnt work,i brush it and everything....can u give

after you wash put conditioner in and comb hair with a wide tooth comb, (while conditioner is in the hair before you rinse)

Work knots out from the bottom of the tangles, it is the quickest way to remove the knots from your hair.

If your hair is long, when you shampoo, do not pile it on top of your head to wash, start at scalp and work your way down,

I think it depends on your brand of shampoo. I have straight hair and it gets pretty knotty if I don't use the right kind. Try a milder shampoo that's more easy on your hair. I would also recommend using conditioner but that might not work for you because of your hair type. It just might make your hair fall.

You could also comb your hair before washing it so that you remove any preexisting knots. Hope that helps!

go to a beauty parlor..get your hair fixed, perhaps rebond is the best thing for your hair..then don't washed your hair for a week, comb your hair everyday or every hour or minute...(DO NOT USE BRUSH).then after a week without washing your hair, use a silky straight conditioner from the scalp to the bottom.do it in a week..

Sounds like you need a really good, thick conditioner. After washing your hair, apply the conditioner all over, then use a wide toothed comb to comb it out from the ends up.

Also helps the knots if you wash your hair while in big, loose braids. Keeps it from getting tangled.

use a detangler or leave in conditioner. and when you brush ur hair, start from the bottom, and go up, its easier.

The best thing to do is to condition your hair. It sounds like you can use a good one, that stays in for a few minutes before rinsing out. Pantene or other good brands work great. If money is a problem, you can make your own hot oil treatment; use a bit of extra virgin olive oil as a hair conditioner, warm the bottle first by putting it into a pot of very warm water for a few minutes. Apply about a few tablespoons full to your dry hair, more or less as needed. Cover with a plastic shower cap and a towel that's been warmed in the dryer. Leave in for about 10 minutes. Then wash gently with baby shampoo or another mild shampoo. Use a wide toothed comb while still wet to get out the tangles, working your way up from the bottom... comb the very bottom, when detangled, go up a few inches, and so on.

If you do this once a month, and use a good conditioner each time you shampoo, you should stay tangle free!

Good luck, from a former tanglehead.
